Government has to serve the villagers because in all the provinces of Pakistan specially in thrice except Baluchistan ,migration trend from town to cities is increasing day by day which will not only bring the horrible results in future but it will also give very tough time to local as well as nation administration.Beyond that it is increasing the rate of property and rent of the houses it is also developing the irregularities in purchasing,occupation and specially in constitutions of colonies,plazas and markets.As the public is looking very fast in the construction of shutter without waiting for any map approval,measuring width of the street,leaving space for parking,having idea of evacuation and ventilation,where there they get space and opportunity they try to construct room and shop.These irregular constructions are already has become dilemma for Pakistani communities and coming flood of migrates  are bring thousand of the new problems with their arrivals.

If we see in past in different regimes,governments and administrations always remain fail to even shift the bus stands and  grain markets out the city ho they will manage this time this increasing trend of migration and side affects in side the cities .Off course they have rights to live in side the city as the other citizen are having but on the other what will happen with our irrigation? because as we has known that our 80 % population is living in villages and spending very typical and somehow monotonous life under the compliance of their cultures,traditions and culture.There peaceful and leisurely manners of doing every thing without any hustle bustle as compare to town,city and districts.we have learnt that there are the factors that discriminates the town,city and district.

In past,peoples of the village use to look very happy and healthy in their own life style but now the want to shift from village to town and any where else where there they meet with the full opportunities of health and education for children and for bright  future of their sibling.There may so many factors behind their this wish and need but are given below as under;

1. Absence of basic facilities of health and education,even the teachers of the school and doctors of the basic health unit come from the cities to facilitates the villages with very limited and inhuman approach and attitude .
2. Their representative such as members of nation and provincial assemblies do not like to stay single night in village with them while the families of these representatives have already shifted to big cities only for the sake of opportunities.
3. More than that PATWARI,TEHSILDAR,GARDAWRA,SECETRY OF THE UNION COUNCIL never sit in these rural areas while villagers have to go in cities for them.
4. All MNA and MPA can be seen in villages during the days of elections,funeral of their key focal person,marriages of middle families,settlements of disputes and to attend special dinner invitation.so how can their public like to stay in village.They are their role model when they can not stay single night without luxurious bed room,far off from hospitals and police station,can not fight with mosquitoes for single night,can not sleep,walk and stay in dark shabby places with out the security guards and protocol,can not bear the smell of sewerage,can not stay away from double carpets road because they have to move any time for prime and chief minister meeting,so how can their voters can live a whole life in these areas?.
5. These are the problem and basic rights of the villagers which this elite can not afford for one night while now the time is gone.Villagers have personally develop their homes with solar lights,bio gas plants,heavy turbine system,motor bike and having cars.Now they are connected with the whole world with inter net ,mobile phone and dish television.

Government has to serve the villagers by increasing serving system and capacity building of the basic health unit and educational centers.It has to do it otherwise not only the citizen but the whole country have to face thousands of new problems and social evils as in these day most of the citizen of Pakistan are facing.

Some of the factors are forcing the villagers that migrate to cities otherwise villages are best places in these days,where we can catch  fresh air,vegetables and fruits,can participates with zeal and zest in marriage and other ceremonies,where we can enjoy fun,humor,chatting,matches,and conversation of the aged ones about their past life specially their views,observations and final comments about local,national and international issues and personality.

Time is over when the ponds were very special places of a village where urchins used to bath,women used to wash clothes and animals used to bring for quenching their thrust.Some ones are remembers me BAZEZE WALA.MERE WALA,NANO WALI,BANSARI WALI,MIRSHAWALI,GOLE WALI ETC FROM MY VILLAGE CHHIDRU .Now the middle one have heavy turbine system,water supplies system to whole communities and advance means of transport and communication.Only absence of best education and health facilities and low charges against working in crops and dairy forms are the main factors that are pushing the villagers to village of their forefathers. Following steps can be taken to serve the villagers in their own villages    

1. Government should serve them to stay there in villages.
2. Detain doctors for 24 hours in basic health unit.
3. Teachers should reside in side the school.
4. New institution such army cadets colleges should construct in villages.
5. New educational institution such as DANISH SCHOOL SYSTEM should construct in villages.
6. Existing bus and grain market should shifting out of the cities.
7. Secetart of the concern union council should sit and reside in side his union.
8. TEHSILDAR office should be inside the Tehsil.
9. GARDAWAR AND PATWARI should sit in union office and take residence inside the union.
10. Make moving orders to stake holder to shift the rice,sugar,cotton and fertilizers factories to village

So that they should not have to go for all above said offices and facilities.They always have to go for city to deliver a baby,they have to go for city every registration of new born,death and marriage.SERVE THEM TO STAY THEM THERE
