French president Francois Hollande, after being whisked from the stadium after the blasts there, declared a natural state of emergency, the first state of emergency in Paris since World war II. After declaring state of emergency state had taken the following necessary steps;

1. Boarders control was temporarily re-imposed to stop escaping.

2. Emergency services were mobilized.

3. Police all types of leaves was cancelled.
4. Near about 1500 army reinforcement was drafted into Paris region.
5. Recalled staff of hospitals to cope with injured and casualties.
6. Parisians were warned to stay in home though Radio station.
7. Radio station was urged residents to give shelter to anyone caught out in the street.
